Love and Hip Hop Atlanta Episode 6 Recap

It’s becoming far too evident that these people are only doing this show for a check. The only believable storyline is Rasheeda with K. Michelle being a close runner up. K. Michelle is a close runner up because I believe she played right in to the stereotype that has followed her much throughout her career… bat shit crazy chick. She came into the show blasting her ex lover (Toya Wright’s husband)  with all these allegations yet the one allegation he accused her of she is showing it on the show…bat shit crazy chick. 

Minus alllll that I think she and Rasheeda did this show truly for the betterment of their careers, I believe K.  Michelle needed her funds more than Rasheeda did but that’s another story.

I would love to know how these people feel about themselves when they watch these events played out for the public to see. Do you they read the Twitter comments? There are obviously the financial comments, sexual orientation jokes and most of all the scripted comments. I would love to know how these people feel about the public’s perception of them.

I won’t make this long because this episode wasn’t even all that good.

A few thangs:

Joseline is the star of the show…let’s just be real about that and I don’t think she is as dumb as she puts on. She apologized to Mimi for Stevie’s sake. That apology wasn’t sincere at all there was some major shade thrown but I am almost CONVINCED she did that at the request of Stevie or simply to piss him off for taking up for Mimi. I was very proud of the way Mimi carried the “meeting”. I would have loved if she slapped Joseline but I knew she wouldn’t. I almost prayed aloud that she didn’t accept her apology…ohhhhh Lawd I would have threw my TV if she did. I was proud of Mimi for once in that moment.

Now Scrappy’s ass is BROKE. Stevie’s ass could potentially be broke as well. There is a reason why we never see his house or him in a car. Notice Benzino’s house is the house that Mimi claimed she found which was supposedly Stevie's. How the hell do you find out where your man of 14/15 years lives then it not be his house but the dude who is always driving him around? Scrappy and Stevie are too piss poor excuses for men yet the have women fighting for their love…do you see a problem here?

Am I really suppose to think Benzino likes Karlie for who she is or that this was a way for him to get on the show besides being the chauffer/shoulder to cry on of Stevie?  Benzino riding Stevie around was not enough presence for a supporting actor check so he went with the thirstiest broad on the show…Karlie.

Karlie has a better chance of building an empire than being a successful artist at 40. She’s a pretty lady that talks a good talk for reality television but it ends there. I bet she had a good run in her 20s back in LA when he and Mimi hung but this is a different ball game now. She’s kinda late to the field with that dream BUT something about her tells me that she ain’t scared to fight but juuuuuuust may get her ass whipped in the process. That in itself makes her great for reality television.

Erica's mom is a thug and I don't think she'd mind one bit going back to jail if it involved assaulting Scrappy. I'd be more frightened of her then Mama Dee.

Again this episode wasn’t that exciting. The most exciting thing was seeing Wacka Flocka’s mom’s hair piece. Was that thing attached to her eye? She looked like a golden owl.

Anywho, next week looks exciting as Scrappy and Shay plan an attack on Erica in an effort to get him off of child support. You know, them two are a special breed. Both are teeter totting on the tip of the who gives a f**k  meter yet they get together . The two dummies weren’t smart enough to use someone who has more than the other…noooooooooo, they’d rather settle for camera time and the a few handouts until the next pay check. Two gotdayum losers plotting for Scrappy to be a deadbeat dad in a juke joint whole in the wall. They make me sick. I will be looking forward to seeing who this guy is that questions Karlie about Benzino, if he has any affiliation to the industry it is official she is f**king for tracks.

Let’s see how this counseling goes although it’s obvious through the special affects of pictures and social media that Stevie and Joseline are still together….in some form. I know I talk a lot of shit about Mimi but I am really hoping counseling encouraged her to leave Stevie and not the other way around. Although I think Mimi is weak chick I almost feel bad for her. While this has to be heart wrenching for her it has to be an even bigger blow when the whole world knows about it and you’re catching a harder rap than your lying sack of shit cheating man is. 

The only counseling Mimi should have needed was after she whipped Stevie and Joseline’s ass...
