FASHION PAUSE: Kim Kardashian Goes Baby Doll Style Again In NYC

About a month ago, back when Kanye West was still MIA, Kim Kardashian wore a nude colored Lanvin  dress while promoting her first movie role in Tyler Perry's Temptation movie.

Fast forward to this recent NYC trip with Kanye in tow and she's opted for a sheer black similar version dress with sleeves by Azzedine Alaia.

I like the lighter version of the dress which had a belted bow. This black number fits ill, making her look like a round woman not a woman with child.

Anywho, Kimye have been making their rounds in NYC while momager Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney Kardashian are in London. 

Could it be that Kimmy can't travel anymore? Do you think Kim would deliver in NY? Or could this be Kim and Kanye simply soaking up as much time together as they can muster?
