Kanye West Pops The Question...Kim Says "Yes"

Kim Kardashian got the birthday present of a lifetime (literally) yesterday!! In grand style Kanye West whisked Kim off to San Francisco and gifted her a 15c engagement ring at an empty Giants baseball stadium...and he asked her to marry him.

Some loose lip pest gave all the deets to TMZ just hours after the proposal. In attendance were family and friends who joined Kanye and Kim once she accepted her coveted role.

Naturally, Kanye went super-baller for the proposal -- sources connected to the couple tell us Yeezy flew Kim to San Francisco, blindfolded her, and whisked her off to AT&T Park ... home of the Giants.

Ye secured the ballpark for the event -- and we're told he had a full orchestra there playing Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" ... one of Kim's favorite songs.

We're told Kanye went traditional for one part ... getting on one knee in the middle of the field and popping the question with a 15 CARAT DIAMOND RING!!! (15c. was not the traditional part)

Family and friends then joined the couple on the field to celebrate.

Kanye isn't fooling me anymore. All the ranting and raving while complaining about being a celebrity is a cover. He loves the attention this relationship brings. I'm not talking about him today because of Yeezus success or his tour just starting....

He's managed to not only aligned himself with one of the most fame hungry families in America and  allows a moment such as a proposal to turn into a press worthy spectacle.

Congrats Kim and 'Ye!!

What this now means:

Ratings for the show may improve now with simple mentions of a wedding with no appearances by Kanye.

If that doesn't work Kanye will give in and full out do the show.

We should forget about Lamar Odom's drug addiction.

We should forget about Kris and Bruce Jenner separating.

Kourtney Kardashian still doesn't have to marry Scott Disick.

Kim wins!! She's hopefully found love. I don't fully doubt the legitimacy of their relationship I simply feel Kanye loves the attention this relationship brings.

The wedding will happen soon...and be super private how the authentic A listers role.
