R.I.P. Robin Williams

Growing up as an 80s baby Mrs. Doubtfire was my most obviously  first introduction to Robin Williams.

After our initial introduction his face and character(s) were etched in my head as a guy that was insanely comical.

With his passing I pray his legacy isn't diminished by his personal trials yet they allow someone (or persons) to know they're not alone in theirs and there are other options. I pray someone has been to convinced to help themselves or a loved one in a similar situation. Although the comedic world and a family has lost a beloved figure there's always a blessing in every storm...so I believe.

Rest on Mr. Williams...you presence has been greatly felt and will be missed.

“Robin Williams was an airman, a doctor, a genie, a nanny, a president, a professor, a bangarang Peter Pan, and everything in between. But he was one of a kind. He arrived in our lives as an alien — but he ended up touching every element of the human spirit. He made us laugh. He made us cry. He gave his immeasurable talent freely and generously to those who needed it most — from our troops stationed abroad to the marginalized on our own streets.” - President Obama
