'Annie' Garners Not So Great Critic Reviews

Image
Over the past few weeks I've been anticipating the debut of  the 'Annie' remake in movie theatres. The movie has an awesome cast, it's family friendly and everyone loves going to the movies during the holiday. What more could you ask for? Snow? Great ratings?! Now fast forward to today, the release date of 'Annie', and the unwanted movie reviews I came across. It seems that Annie isn't getting the rave reviews as I expected but, lucky for me, most of the critically acclaimed movies I seem to hate so I'm betting I will still love this movie. But that hasn't stopped me from being nosee enough to read what was said and not liked about the film starring Oscar-nominated actress  Quvenzhané Wallis and Oscar winner Jamie Foxx . This is the kind of film that, in modern Hollywood, makes you feel more bad for the director than you feel anything like anger; this sort of name-recognition project -- everyone knows, loves Annie, even if they don't -- ...

Finally we can all see the super talented  Quvenzhane Wallis as Little Orphan Annie !! Although the remake includes most of the characters and storyline as the original film and Broadway musical, fans will notice a few differences in the new version. Most notably to the naked eye viewers will notice that Annie is African American. Be sure to support this film also starring Cameron Diaz and Jaime Foxx brought to you by producers Jay Z , Will Smith and J ada Pinkett Smith on December 19 when it hits theatres.

Check out the on-screen acting skills of Oscar nominee Q uvenzhane Wallis as she plays " Annie " in the remake of the 1982 classic musical movie. Source Be sure to check out Annie which was produced by Will Smith and Jay Z when it hits theatres December 19.  The film began production last summer, and some of the characters' names have been changed for the remake. An earlier casting notice for the Columbia Pictures film asked for actresses to play an 11-year-old foster child named Isabella, who dreams of a better life involving a "no-limit credit card and shopping sprees galore"; and an eight-year-old child named Mia, who has a slight speech impediment. Other orphan characters such as Tessie and Pepper remain similar to the original 1977 musical.   The film will include some of the  Annie  classics, which were written by Charles Strouse  and  Martin Charnin , but some will be cut for additions by Jay-Z.  I cannot WAIT to hear Quvenzha...

Although   Quvenzhané Walli s  didn't take home a gold trophy man for her performance in Beasts of the Southern Wild  at last night's Oscars the little young lady is not only still a winner in many eyes but she's a part of history as thee youngest ever Best Actress Academy Award nominee. And to add a little icing on the cake  Quvenzhané  is now taking on the role of "Annie" in the Jay Z/Will Smith  produced remake of  'Annie' after  it was decided that Willow Smith, who originally took on the role, was too old to play an eleven year old orphan. Now see, there's no reason to be sad the girl is 9 and has eons to take home the an Oscar and many more awards annnnnnnnnnnnd she's still working. She will now forever be referred to as ' Oscar nominated actress  Quvenzhané Wallis' . Check out the little Princess as ruled the red carpet and even went to the Governors Ball afterwards...she's doing better than me.
