Lindsay Lohan made her departure yesterday from a rehab stint of three months at the Betty Ford Center in connection with a traffic case she copped a plea to. A lot of folks have been stirring up some drama on the world wide web because of K-Mart's new school related commercials which I found pretty cute. Let me guess, urban folks find this offensive? Nope, from the looks of many of the Facebook comments Caucasian customers are just as mad. Personally I didn't find it that offensive...corny, yes..offensive, no. Maybe I've numbed myself from the majority of stereotypical things I see on my television and I also know it could be worse and I have better things to worry/fuss about. We need to know when to pick and chose our battles. As long as there are murderers walking free, kids dropping out of school, rappers disrespecting women and women disrespecting themselves in mass quantities I think a little acting in a commercial as such is beyond harmless.
