BFFs La La Anthony and Kim Kardashian were spotted last night after having dinner at Crustacean in LA.  La La opted for a white pant suit with gold accents accessorized by her breasts while Kim looked as if she were mourning her old body. Kim was decked out in all black with a belt securing her obvious baby bump but she seemed to be in better spirits although she wasn't dressed like it. Maybe hanging with her BFF was the pick me up she needed to add a smile to her face. Even LaLa looked happy but I think her happiness was moreso due to being swarmed by photogs.  Both women looked beautiful.  Awww Kimmy's lips face is spreading...
