Every time I see Ms. Patti LaBelle it's like seeing her again for the first time. The woman doesn't age!! Anywho, let's check out Miss Patti in action on The Queen Latifah Show earlier this week. Still killing the game one blue fingernail at a time...can I get a plate? Or maybe I'll buy one of her sauces ...

Brandy along with the female MCs who helped make her debut song " I Wanna Be Down " become a classic remix reunited together on The Queen Latifah Show . The women spoke of writing their raps while, their excitement on working together and a still humble Brandy spoke of being starstruck. I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVE THIS!! This my LIFE right here. I was and still am a huge Brandy fan. This song will forever be historic to me and my youthful years...had never seen anything like it. And not to mention everybody was all the rave about Brandy when she came out not just the women she collaborated with. Remember how fly they ALL looked in the video? Don't get me to reminiscing...black don't crack!!

On an appearance on The Queen Latifah Show the Queen of hip hop soul Mary J. Blige did what she came to do which was promote her first ever Christmas album, A Mary Christmas , as well as sing the praises of her husband/manager Kendu Issacs and her friend Queen Latifah . As anyone who knows of MJB should know, Mary went through many hardships in her life pre and post fame and has no qualms about speaking on it. Listen to her triumphant story and how she managed. I've never been quite the Mary fan but I am ginormous fan of her victories...and just like wine (my fav) she gets better with time!!

I almost forgot that  Queen Latifah 's daytime talk show started this past Monday (Sept. 16) on ABC. Willow Smith kicked off the show's debut with a performance and yesterday her dad, Will Smith, along with Alex Trebek made an appearance. Will should have did the first episode with Willow instead of John Travolta ...no offense but actually laughed out loud with Will and Latifah. Queen Latiifah's show is doing pretty well in the ratings department. Monday's debut was the highest rated daytime premiere of the year and second highest to Dr. Oz 's premiere back in 2009.

Queen Latifah will be coming to daytime television via CBS in 2013. The Queen Latifah Show is said to feature celeerities guests including comedy and musical performances. The show will be produced by Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit as well as Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's Overbrook Entertainment. This is Queen Latifah's second daytime show her first which aired back in 1999 which bared the same name. Are you looking forward to the Queen taking over daytime television?
