Today I resigned from HOT97. I am grateful to the Emmis family for my time with the company and the immeasurable way that it has shaped my life. We made history together in so many ways and I will cherish those memories and my friendships forever. This was one of the toughest decisions I've ever had to make but ultimately it is time to move on, to grow and to be challenged in new ways. Saying goodbye is always emotional and bitter sweet but I am extremely excited about the future. Thank you HOT97 and most importantly....the listeners... for an unimaginable journey. Power couple Memphitz and Toya Wright are returning back to a television screen near You pretty soon! No word on who if anybody has picked up the sorta newly weds' new reality show Crazy In Love yet but my odds and bets are on it being picked up by BET or VH1...that's just my theory. Or maybe Lifetime, their line up has become very ratchet recently no matter the race or subject matter. The funny thing about this is I was thinking that Memphitz didn't have much compared to Toya just before he made the my my my my comment. Anywho, I like these two together. They seem like they genuinely mesh well with one another so well that it's hard to believe they've only been married for 2 years. Word to the wise Wrights , be easy on these reality shows before y'all catch the curse .

I am so glad I'm already being compensated for at least 7 hours of my life I spent watching Love & Hip Hop (NY) season 3 that I will never get back by simply watching this supertrailer for Love & Hip Hop Atlanta season 2. I spy some old familiar faces with a few new faces more than worth my attention an hour a week. DJ Traci Steele and Che'Mack are newest cast members of the show at this time. Che'Mack is Stevie J's new artist who looks to have got her ass whipped by Joseline Hernandez in the supertrailer.  This season looks promising...  Stevie J has a new car. Mimi has a new man. K. Michelle is beefing with everyone. DJ Traci Steele has baby daddy issues. Joseline has more than Mimi to beef with....add in Che' Mack and Benzino. Rasheeda is pregnant and Kirk wants a paternity test. Kirk pressure checks K. Michelle about Rasheeda. Shay is on the show officially Mama Dee is back. Chad Johnson had a sit down on ESPN's First Take with Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith where he spoke about his recent failures including the loss of his marriage to reality star Evelyn Lozada . Chad admitted to cheating on Evelyn and sorta kinda that things got physical with him and Evelyn. I kinda understand Chad's take on living his life in the public eye...he's NEVER been a private person.

I can't believe this show is ready to air in a little over a week... The Houstons: On Our Own is catered around Bobbi Kristina by way of Pat and Gary Houston , Cissy Houston and others family members which also include Bobbi Kris' step brother/boyfriend Nick Gordon . This seems as if it's going to be a hot ass mess. Am I suppose to be impressed that this is on Lifetime and not VH1 or BET? I am still in awe that this ENTIRE family is okay with this show airing. I don't give a dayum if Whitney had died 6 six years ago, all is obviously not right with this clan. Will you be tuned in October 24th? In an effort to try and understand this, maybe the family is doing this show in an attempt to stay close to Bobbi. Maybe their doing this show guarantees that they see and communicate with her on a regular basis had they not did this show they may have not been able to do so easily. Maybe...

Evelyn Lozada amidst her recent marital issues with her estranged husband, Chad Johnson , is gearing up for the premiere of her Iyanla: Fix My Life episode,a two part series, which also happens to be the series premiere of Iyanla Vanzant 's show. The first show will feature Evelyn in happier times pre-marriage with the second part being post all hell breaking loose . Wow! Is Iyanla really charging that because Chad Johnson caused physical damage to Evelyn's image is why she ultimately left?! Hell, even I'm not that left field. This is so not like Evelyn to take a backseat to social media and hide behind drama but this isn't your typical Basketball Wives drama. A bikini clad Evelyn was spotted over the weekend in Barbados with her daughter sporting a fedora which looks like it is strategically placed to hide any reminders of her alleged physical altercation with her husband Chad Johnson. Thanks to the sensation of reality television we are able to see the Miami Dolphins head coach, Joe Philbin, release Chad Johnson from the team after his arrest over the weekend. The Dolphins are featured this season on HBO's Hard Knocks which follows NFL teams during their training camp for the upcoming football season. This show is not recorded...it is very current. Current enough to catch an obviously emotionally drained Chad Johnson being let go from his team on the second episode last night. Last night's episode was only the second episode but it's weird to see Chad in this predicament verses how he was on the show just last week which featured an appearance by Evelyn Although Coach Philbin is adamant that it was a number of things that lead to Chad's release one has to believe the main cause was his arrest. It's crazy how the one thing a person craves and loves so dearly can be one thing that sends them to their potential demise. I feel sorry f...

  I think more than a headbutt happened. I had a feeling this was coming after the show was cancelled then I was convinced it would happen after Evelyn's official statement was released earlier today but I never thought it would be this quick. This is the fastest reality show curse I've ever seen. I had Evelyn and Chad pegged to make it far longer than Kim and Kris' 72 day marriage. It's only been 6 weeks. TMZ is reporting that Evelyn just filed in Florida citing that her marriage to Chad Johnson is "irretrievably broken." Something is missing here. Although I feel that she should leave him if he did in fact do this I just don't see her going this hard over a headbutt. I don't.

Evelyn Lozada has finally issued a statement regarding the incident that took place this past Saturday between her and her husband, Chad Johnson. Since the incident nothing has been heard from either of the two only a statement issued from Evelyn to TMZ regarding the death of her brother-in-law. Evelyn decided to break her silence with the below statement. “It is with great sadness and much trepidation that I release this statement addressing the domestic violence incident that happened this past Saturday," the reality star wrote in an email via her publicist. "I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. Chad Johnson just can't win. He was arrested for domestic violence, he was released from the Miami Dolphins without pay, he may be headed for Divorceville and now his only other source of income, VH1, has pulled the cord on his reality show, Ev and Ocho , that was set to premiere next month with his Evelyn Lozada. Something about this entire situation screams shady as if something is being left out. Chad has been released from his lucrative gigs without even issuing a statement. I'm not taking sides here nor condoning violence against women but Chad is basically being reprimanded as if he has already been found guilty.
