Kim Kardashian was spotted recently at a Beverly Hills nail salon getting all glammed up like us normal nobodies. While casually patronizing this salon you could see the markings of her Psoriasis on her lower leg...yes, its REAL people.
I sorta feel bad, not a whole lot, about insinuating a joke about her condition but she brought this on herself.
