Spotted: Heidi Montag
Remember Heidi from her days on MTV's The Hills? Remember when we couldn't get her or her douche bag boyfriend, now husband, Spencer out of our news? Well someone's prayers were answered not too long ago when she and Spencer seemed to drop off the face of Hollywood but this weekend she was spotted at fellow MTV reality star Kristin Cavallari's baby shower....I still can't believe Kristin is about to be a mom.
Anywho, check out Heidi looking just about the same as she did when she last left us....minus the fame of course.

Speaking of the guest of honor, Kristin arrived at her baby shower, hosted at the home of jeweler Pascal Mouawad in the Hollywood Hills, dressed in a black maxi dress with a swept back pony tail...I can't believe it took a baby for me to like this chick.
Lauren Conrad did not attend but The Hills clinger on Stephanie Pratt did attend as well.
