Eye Make Up At Its Best

This is damn near flawless. I mean not a smudge or color out of place. This almost looks photoshopped. Now I say damn near flawless because it doesn't compliment Nicole's eye color nor skin tone well, but damnit I have to give credit where credit is due, this is a job well done on whomever did her eye make.

Side note: Joan Crawford tweeted that...Joel Madden and Nicole Richie just arrived. She looks like a beaded snake!
