Kim Kardashian Makes Second Post Baby Appearance

Kimberly posted a three second Keek video to her Twitter account last night, from the neck up of course, in a full face of make up while sticking her tongue out.

Although this video looks pointless I see it as three things:

Kim looks to have lost a lot of baby weight in her face.

Kim was behind on her Keek videos and still wanted to collect a Keek check like the rest of the fam.

And lastly, she's in the process of doing her first post baby shoot. Why else would she need to be in a face full of make up? She's not going anywhere!
