Ice Cube will be played by his son O'Shea Jackson, Jr.
The role of the late great Eazy-E will be played by Jason Mitchell
Directed by famed director F. Gary Gray (above middle) Straight Outta Compton is slated for release late next summer.
In Dr. Dre news, the rapper/producer is making headlines today for allegedly leaving a WeHo waitress a $5k tip.
Dr. Dre knows how to spread the wealth.The new billionaire, 49, left a $5,000 tip for a waitress at West Hollywood’s Skybar on Thursday, reports Radar Online.The entrepreneur, whose real name is Andre Romelle Young, was seen partying at the venue taking tequila shots, chatting with the deejay and taking pictures with fans.As for the waitress who received the big pay off, she was “stunned” said an onlooker.Skybar wasn’t Dr. Dre’s only stop that night. He was also spotted at Full Moon Bazaar, also at the Mondrian Hotel, where he reportedly snagged a Mac & Lou bracelet for his wife, Nicole Threatt.“The Chronic” rapper bought Gisele and Tom Brady’s French-inspired château for $40 million in early June, while recently listing his own Hollywood home for $35 million.
