Jaime Kings And Her Two Fairy Godmothers
Taylor Swift must be the nicest girl in the world. Not only is she friends with everyone but she is also the godmother to actress Jaime King's youngest son. King's other famous godmother to her eldest son is Jessica Alba.
Jaime isn't shy about her children's famous godmothers. Having spoken of them very fondly in interviews where she tells how and why she chose them to hold the honorary title.
Jaime gushed about Jessica's parenting, "Jessica Alba is the godmother to my son James Knight. She is such an incredible parent and I chose her because she really showed me what it is like to be a great mom and a great working mom."
"It was really just watching her over the years, the balance that she creates. She had kids before anyone in our group of friends did and I thought after having a baby, how much courage that takes and how much information you need to know…and watching Jessica really come to her own and create this Honest [company] of all of these products that are good for the planet, good for children. It's just so great knowing I have someone that is like a sister that did so much for women and families."
I had another baby," King, 35, told Elle.com. "Choosing a godmother is a very sacred and important thing in our family. They're going to be guiding your child, and they're responsible for them if something was to ever happen. We try and choose people who we know would raise our child the way that we would raise our child and her thoughtfulness, her kindness, her authenticity . . . is so powerful to me. She's so uninhibited in her giving . . . It’s just beyond."
And speaking of giving, Taylor threw Jaime a star-studded baby shower.
Jaime sounds a little celeb crazed to me but either way her kids are going to have awesome holidays and birthdays.
