All 67 editions of Cosmo magazine will the feature the face of blue-eyed beauty Katy Perry. This is the first stunt of this sort in Cosmopolitan magazine history. Katy is the "first-ever global super star" for the mag. If you're wondering why Katy then you'll have to get that info from the mag's EIC Joanna Coles .  “She crosses all cultural boundaries. Her music is soulful and empowering in equal measure.  She’s the first Cosmo global icon.”  In total there seems to be three different looks on the magazine covers with minimal color and pose change.
