Nosee Rosee

Brandy has blessed our ears once again with new music this time teaming up with Pop & Oak for this blues like tune. What y'all thinkin'? Y'all know Brandy is my fav...so I'm biased! But this track rocks and proves that true artistry still exists.

Let me just say that if I saw Brandy on the subway or in Subway with glasses and a scarf on I would totally know who she was. AND I know her voice well enough if my eyes fail me!! Anywho, everybody's fav Brandy took the subway recently unrecognized in NYC where she is playing Roxie Hart in the Broadway musical Chicago . While on the train Brandy perfectly belted out some vocals from Stephanie Mills ' ' Home ' while not even a soul recognized her nor complimented her on her notes. I think she must have been on the upper side of town... Those vocals and that never aging face are AMAZING!! If I were on that train I would have stalked her the moment we breathed the same air . BTW, you gotta love how New Yorkers are so unfazed by celebs...even the ones they don't recognize. I guess the nobodies singing on the train messed it up for B-Rocka . Source

Last night at the BET Awards Janet Jackson , 49, gave us janet.   era hair along with her never aging beauty and youthful smile. Janet was awarded the first ever Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual Award at the awards show held in Los Angeles at the Shrine Auditorium. Jackson received a dance inspired tribute from Jason Derulo , Tinashe and Ciara before she accepted her award. During her acceptance speech she thanked her fans and parents. "I'm so grateful for the support you've always given me, to my beautiful father and my beautiful mother," the singer said, looking out at her parents sitting in the audience.  - Source Also in Janet news, the singer announced her 36-date Unbreakable World Tour which kicks off in August. Along with that news came the release of a new song last week "No Sleep" from her highly anticipated album. It's only been seven years!!

We should all familiar with once famed producer Scott Storch who wrote hits for many of our favs like Justin Timberlake 's " Cry Me A River ", Terror Squad 's " Lean Back ", Chris Brown 's " Run It " and The Roots " You Got Me " featuring Erykah Badu just to name a few. Well with hits like these from the past you'd think Storch was raking in the dollars from royalties (he probably sold long ago OR taken as an asset) at least but these days the producer is calling himself broke and blaming drugs for his $700 million demise per TMZ . Scott Storch --  the famed music producer who produced tracks for  Christina Aguilera ,  Justin Timberlake ,  Beyonce  and a slew of others -- was worth $70 million. Now he's got a hundred dollars cash. Storch filed for bankruptcy claiming he has a grand total of $3,600 of assets to his name -- $100 in cash, $500 in clothing and a $3k watch. Most shocking ... his music companies are value...

I've always been one to joke and clown the grown up Tahj Mowry   all while having no idea the guy could sing.  until heard ramblings of him covering one of the Jonas Brothers ' song and figured I needed a good laugh....NAUGHT!! Not only did I find this boy has been singing and its not a secret but he also sounds pretty good. I could see him making some noise in the industry. I'm not crazy about the song but it definitely compliments his voice...that falsetto!! I'm gonna keep up with Tahj and his music career.

How big is this collabo? I love how Rihanna can be ratchet as hell, smoke hella weed, show all her ass and still have folks like Paul McCartney wanting to work with her. They say wear you truth... Anywho, lets check out the vid. "Kanye came up with the idea of just doing some real street, denim, all-American-type look," Rihanna said. "Denim never goes out of style. It's classic, it's iconic, just like the fucking Beatles." - Source So when we gettin' that album, Rih ?

Don't judge me, this is my YOUTH right here. "We wanted to give our fans and new comers a few free songs in 2014 to hear our new direction and sound. The first one is called "Let Me Find Out" produced by T Black The Hitmaker. We are so excited to bring our dedicated fans a tour and album." -- Immature . Yay or Nay ? At this point all I'd like to see is a stable name change...' Mature ?

Brandy along with the female MCs who helped make her debut song " I Wanna Be Down " become a classic remix reunited together on The Queen Latifah Show . The women spoke of writing their raps while, their excitement on working together and a still humble Brandy spoke of being starstruck. I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVE THIS!! This my LIFE right here. I was and still am a huge Brandy fan. This song will forever be historic to me and my youthful years...had never seen anything like it. And not to mention everybody was all the rave about Brandy when she came out not just the women she collaborated with. Remember how fly they ALL looked in the video? Don't get me to reminiscing...black don't crack!!

El DeBarge stopped by The Arsenio Hall Show to chat with his brother on the goings on in his life as well as a few other interesting tidbits. After having caught everyone up it was only right that the legendary singer perform a little.
