During a recent interview with Rolling Stone R. Kelly let the news slip that he and Mary J. Blige are not only working on a tour together but also a joint album. The singer also divulged that he was recording a song with Mary J. Blige as part of the duo's upcoming King and Queen tour and that he is hoping to do a full album with Blige . Neither Kelly nor Blige have announced specific tour dates. I understand Kells is on a high from the recent success of his Black Panties a; album  which debuted at No. 4 on the charts but he  might  be reaching with the joint album. The tour sounds a  little   shaky  since both artists have had their touring issues but an entire album? Nah... I think what works for Babyface and Toni Braxton 's Love, Marriage and Divorce album is  chemistry .  Chemistry  that exudes past their  personal   relationship (which is an added extra bonus)  that  sounds  effor...

Love, Marriage & Divorce is in stores now. It still gives me chills to hear these two perform together. It's all too perfect. The harmonies, the chemistry and even the finished product...EXCELLENT!!

Toni and Babyface at 'A Hollywood Christmas at The Grove' Toni Braxton recorded a rendition of this very holiday classic on her 2001 Christmas album ' Snowflake '. While in preparation to release a duets album, ' Love, Marriage & Divorce ', with her longtime producer and friend Babyface next year this duet is just what the season ordered. Yesterday Miss Braxton and Mr. Edmonds had the pleasure of performing their Christmas duet during a tree lighting ceremony at The Grove in LA. Also in attendance were Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, and CeeLo Green among many others.

Toni Braxton has been working hard lately in NYC while participating in the 2013 The Heart Truth fashion show and promoting her starring role in a new Lifetime movie Twist of Faith which will have her son Diezel, who is autistic, making an appearance in the movie alongside her. Celebrities of all calibers and walks of life participated in last night's 2013 The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection fashion show which is done every year around New York Fashion Week. Last night's runway show was no different than it predecessors with tons of celebrities in attendance as well as those that participated in the loveliest of lovely red gowns. There were so many people in this show I can only post MY favs but I will give you guys one decent group shot...capisce? Let's go! Looks like all the ladies had a fabulous time ripping the runway! I gathered from Toni's episode that she was handed hardship after hardship that ultimately diminished her grander years of her career but she never gave up which is why she is still around today. But here's my beef: Why would Toni come for the Big O like that? What did she expect Oprah to do when she came on the show during the peak of her bankruptcy? Not ask about it? Give her a car? What?
