Right about now Evelyn Lozada is preparing for the premiere of her OWN reality show  "docu-series"  Livin' Lozada . By preparing  I don't mean butterflies in her tummy (maybe a baby though),because she's no stranger to having her life chronicled on cable television. But preparing as in promotional appearances (not on messy Wendy) and the reviews to come. Lozada commands attention in just about any venture she does. Good or bad she is great for ratings and Oprah knows what's up!! Anywho, fans and non-fans are already giving their reviews on the show that has yet to air due to Lozada's past. Although I highly doubt Miss Lozada will be jumping on tables on the OWN network. The mother a toddler son and 22-year old daughter, I assume Eve has put her ratchet television days behind her with her move from VH1 to OWN. In late October fans of the hit NBC show A Different World will be able to see the cast reunite with Oprah Winfrey on ONW's  Oprah: Where Are They Now? . It's been more than two decades since the hit sitcom  A Different World , the first television show about campus life at a historically black college, went off the air. Now, Oprah reunites members of the beloved cast and explores how the show resonated with its audience. To this day, Cree Summer, the actress who played Winifred "Freddie" Brooks, says she hears from fans who credit  A Different World  for inspiring them to go to college. Last night OWN premiered Brandy Norwood 's Where Are They Now alongside Oprah Winfrey . During the interview nothing was held back including tears and LIES. This preview of Lindsay Lohan 's docu-series on Oprah Winfrey 's OWN network has sent me into multiple emotions...and I really want Lindsay to win TOO!! Hmmm, so we've all pretty much heard about the shenanigans that took place with Lindsay during the filming of this series. I guess my two questions would have to be: 1. What did they expect from a recovering addict (clean or not)? 2. Why am I seeing the face-to-face with Oprah? I'm going to tune in...yes I will...BUT I hope this show was truly done in pure taste and not some effort to score rating or shame this poor girl. I'm not saying Oprah did this with that intent because I know Oprah's not standing behind those cameras daily capturing Lindsay... Check out Lindsay this Sunday (March 9) at 10 pm on OWN.

Lindsay Lohan made her departure yesterday from a rehab stint of three months at the Betty Ford Center in connection with a traffic case she copped a plea to. The actress was all smiles looking as if she had a clean bill of health as she did back in her child actor days. In the coming weeks and days Lindsay will be a hot commodity on televisions with one of her first appearances being  filling in for Chelsea Handler on Monday's episode of Chelsea Lately . As well as a sit down with the Big O in the month of August. Oprah Winfrey's OWN was so smitten with Lindsay that she will be filming an eight part docu-series set to air sometime in 2014 on the network as well. Could this be just what the doctor order? With her schedule filling up and the theater release of her controversy movie The Canyons this Friday I have to say, YES!

Tracey Edmonds has managed to snag a spot for her boyfriend Deion Sanders ' reality show that she produced on The Big O 's OWN. The Oprah Winfrey Network has handed out a series order to It's Prime Time , a docuseries starring the former two-sport superstar. The series will feature the ex-football and baseball star and current NFL Network broadcaster as he raises five children in a household that also includes his mother, her foster children, aunt and uncle while guiding the charter school he launched to help underserved areas. Prime Time  also   will feature Sanders' girlfriend -- producer/businesswoman Tracey Edmonds  -- and her two sons as she looks to support her partner. Edmonds Entertainment, Prime Time Media Ventures and Rogue Atlas Productions, in association with Lionsgate, will produce the series.  Eli Frankel , Edmonds and Sanders will executive produce. I love these women... Although the Golden Sisters ' season finale was this past Saturday I'm more than sure you can catch the re-runs this Summer on OWN.

Now this is funny. I'm not the biggest Madea fan but The Color Purple is one of my favorite movies and when you add Miss Sophia I'm just always tickled pink.  I can't wait to see what Mr. Perry is serving up over at OWN.

Oprah Winfrey and her OWN network are doing something that I am not surprised at all about. The Big O and OWN are  helping a brother out by giving their dear friend Tyler Perry another chance in the sitcom world (as if he really needed a hand) by partnering with him on two new scripted series in 2013. In case you didn't know Tyler has and has had sitcoms on TBS that have already been cancelled (House of Payne and Meet The Browns) and one (For Better Or For Worse) still in running and will continue to do so without new shows in the future. Both Tyler and Oprah have released statements regarding the joint venture. As I sit here in Atlanta, it's raining an abundant rain. It makes me think of my mother. She loved the rain and I do too. I didn't get to catch this last night as most of you did but for those of you who didn't trust me when I say this video is worth watching online. I wonder if this interview was in the making well before the custody trial ended? Usher seemed well prepared, no matter how stupid the response, and came off very genuine...almost too perfectly! I can't wait to see who's up next to have the Big O pop a squat at their residence...

Evelyn Lozada amidst her recent marital issues with her estranged husband, Chad Johnson , is gearing up for the premiere of her Iyanla: Fix My Life episode,a two part series, which also happens to be the series premiere of Iyanla Vanzant 's show. The first show will feature Evelyn in happier times pre-marriage with the second part being post all hell breaking loose . Wow! Is Iyanla really charging that because Chad Johnson caused physical damage to Evelyn's image is why she ultimately left?! Hell, even I'm not that left field. Oprah is something like an ambulance chaser these days, if you're what's hot in these streets she wants you on OWN . Gone are the days of having to be the real deal (*cough* the Kardashians) to have a sit down with the Big O ...she's trying to save a network here. Anywho, Oprah sat down with the real deal Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas for her more than worthy Oprah's Next Chapter debut and did what she does best...talk about what we already knew about Gabby, find some unknown fact and garner up some tears. What I didn't know was that Miss Gabby hasn't spoken to her father since the Olympics and has since changed her cell phone number both at the request of her mother... mmm hmmm . Am I the only one that thinks Gabby and Oprah look alike in this interview?

I am actually looking forward to seeing this. I know Oprah can pull at least on thing we weren't expecting to see or already knew from this interview...at least one!!! Tune into OWN August 19th at 9pm to see the Big O sit down with Rihanna.

Oprah's OWN network, still in survival mode, is set to air a sit down with the Queen of Talk and Rihanna on their Next Chapter series on August 19th at 9pm. I really can't wait to see this sit down. Oprah has openly discussed her disgust for domestic violence and women who go back to their abusers. Once stating on an abuse episode of her Oprah Winphrey show soon after Rihanna's reported physical altercation with Chris Brown, "If you go back with a man who hits you, it's because you don't think you're worthy of being with a man who won't. I've said before, 'Love doesn't hurt, and if a man hits you once, he will hit you again." I know the questions regarding Rihanna forgiving Chris will come quick and hard as well as a few about Rihanna's personal life. Last night OWN premiered the conclusion of the two part Next Chapter interview with the Kardashians, which I missed. The only thing worth my while for even watching this was to see Kim publicly discuss hers and Kanye's relationship. Let's see what Kim had to say about Mr. West....
