The NY Post is reporting that fallen off R&B singer, D'Angelo was arrested yesterday at 2:30 am after soliciting an undercover policewoman for $40 oral sex in West Village. Not only that but the bamma has $12K on him while riding in his Range Rover. Is he serious? Why do these so called celebs do this dumb ish like they can't get got or caught?
