The lavish 58 Tour Eiffel restaurant has also been booked for a private event. The ceremony will take place following the pair's appearance at the Cannes Film Festival. Oh, please!! This sounds like something a video camera will be present for. These people will do anything, stupid and/or simply lie, just to stay relevant. Just when you already thought Mariah Carey was beyond being anymore off the hook she releases a diss track dedicated to her ex-husband Nick Cannon . IMO Carey's new track " Infinity " is simply reiterating what others have been saying for years about Nick but what I don't get is why she came out with it NOW? I've seen her Nick with their kids for dinners and even recent holidays ...what's the beef now?  Could this all be a publicity ploy? I mean she's thirsty enough at this stage in her career and well...Nick is corny and about his paper. Can we seriously rule out publicity? Like really get into these lyrics and the song.

Mariah Carey  and comedian  Nick Cannon  are headed for a split and “living separately” after she hired security to keep him away from other women, sources exclusively told Page Six. Our sources tell us Carey and Cannon, the host of “America’s Got Talent,” are separating after six years of marriage. “He hasn’t been staying at their home,” one music insider tells Page Six. “He’s been living out of hotels. They’re fighting a lot.” Another source told us Carey has suspected Cannon of cheating. And when the comic hosted pool parties in Las Vegas earlier this year, the diva dispatched a security guard to keep watch over her husband. “The security guard wasn’t there to keep the girls away from him,” said our source. “It was to keep him away from the girls.” Carey also didn’t want Cannon drinking while at the Vegas gigs because she felt he “gets in trouble when he drinks,” the source added.

Mariah Carey stunned NYC train riders (as she made them relocate to a different car... probably ) when she decked out in a pageant esque Versace gown, Jermaine Dupri and BET exec Stephen Hill caught the subway after Carey hosted the Fresh Ar Fund Gala last night. This little  photo opt   public transportation outing could have been a home run had their actually seemed like people were aboard the train and Mimi had her look together. I don't care if she's in a Man Up Above gown and how many diamonds she's rocking this woman looks as if she's retaining fluid while being a bit over the top whacked out her mind. I have been meaning for weeks to post this video!! I don't ever think I've been at a loss of words like I was the first, second and any other time that I saw this Nick Cannon video. While the visuals seem mad corny the concept and meaning behind the video (Nick loves Mariah Carey ) are cute there's something about this video that is a tad bit second-hand embarrassing. I guess I could have done without the Aaliyah look-alikes, the two kids assisting on the track and Nick's dancing. BUT, you gotta love Nick for not giving two shits about what the masses are doing or saying all while doing his thing and still cashing checks.

Mariah Carey who recently disclocated her shoulder on the set of her video last month isn't letting a minor handicap stop her from being that diva that she is. Last night she and husband Nick Cannon stepped foot on the red carpet for the premiere of her new movie Lee Daniel 's  The Butler  in NYC where she donned a spiked out leather arm sling accompanied by a Tom Ford LBD. Check out Mariah hitting up the premiere. I think Mariah's ensemble was a beautifully done injury chic look. And it doesn't hurt that she has a dapper Nick Cannon on her good arm either. Mariah stars in The Butler , which is based on the true story of an African American White House servant who served eight Presidents over the span of three decades played by Forest Whitaker , as Hattie Pearl a field working slave. Oh my...I can't hear it now. This is going to be a great movie with a star studded cast. The Butler hits theaters August 16.

Mariah Carey kicked off Good Morning America's Summer Series Concert this morning and everything went wrong like clock work. Not only did Mariah pop the zipper on her Versace gown but she also said " shit " on live television and began to ramble on and on like a ditzy blonde. How does a woman with twin toddlers complain about Good Morning America being so early in the morning? Luckily the performances were a little better... I said a " little" better! I'm mad Mimi made Miguel walk up those stairs like Ralphie in The Christmas Story  just to sing with her.
