Last night at the BET Awards Janet Jackson , 49, gave us janet.   era hair along with her never aging beauty and youthful smile. Janet was awarded the first ever Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual Award at the awards show held in Los Angeles at the Shrine Auditorium. Jackson received a dance inspired tribute from Jason Derulo , Tinashe and Ciara before she accepted her award. During her acceptance speech she thanked her fans and parents.
