Just when you thought "fuck the police" a white police officer from North Carolina comes along to participate in a predominately black community black party hosted by the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. It's at this block party where Officer David Lee began to lead the crowd in dancing to V.I.C's ' Wobble ' song. See, we can ALL get along...as long as there's music and dancing involved.
