Congratulations are in order for OKC Thunder frontman Kevin Durant who received the coveted Most Valuable Player award for the 2014 NBA season on Tuesday (May 7). For this honor Kevin accepted his new title via an emotional press conference where the ball player praised his teammates, most natoably Russell Westbrook , and gave a heartfelt dedication of his award to his mother, Wanda Pratt . What an honor for a mother to watch was she has planted grow into something so spectacular and to do so right before Mother's Day. Well done, Kevin (and Mom)...well done!!
