And all this time I thought Spencer and his positive tweets and staying out of the lime light in the mist of Heidi's cosmetic surgery drama meant they were possibly over....NOT. Like Spencer is gonna let that mulah slip through his fingers.

It was very odd not to have seen him during all the press she got a while back for her procedure but knowing Spencer he was the master mind behind it all. She did state that he wasn't too happy with her surgeries but you know how they go...anything for some publicity.

Anywho, check out these two in Vegas recently for Vday, Heidi kinda looks like her old self in most of the photos and Spencer looks like her douchey pimp....as usual. I hate what they stand for but they are genious when it comes to this game $$$$$
