Iconic Status

Today is the day media icon Oprah Winfrey will say a final good bye to her successful daytime talk show after 25 seasons (years) on television. It is unclear the type of format the final episode will be, whether there will be an audience or not, but boy would I love for her final guest to be Maria Shriver. I doubt it, but it would be nice, lawd knows we don't need another tribute or back down memory lane episode. Make it epic!!

I along with most of the world can't wait to see what the future holds for Oprah. Whether it be in the spotlight, behind the scenes at her OWN Network, as well as who or if anyone will ever be able to fill her exemplary red bottomed shoes in daytime television.
