VIDEO: Tamar Braxton Isn't Feeling Nicki Minaj's 'Idol Hair

Yesterday a semi hype Tamar Braxton co-hosted Anderson Live alongside Anderson Cooper. Tamar wasn't as animated as she typical is on her Braxton Family Values reality show but she disappoint.

I don't know if I'm more surprised at Nicki Minaj becoming such a mainstream sensation she was able to snag a seat at the coveted judge's table of American Idol or the fact that Anderson Cooper let Tamar "She" Braxton co-host his new talk show with him? I am more impressed with the people behind Nicki Minaj for being able to market some shit that is this taboo into a profitable brand. Although I may hate her gimmicks I have to respect that my little opinions mean nothing compared to her success of staying relevant.

Now I've never bought into the "get yo life" "thas boo" Tamarisms because I can sense she's into character and that's not really ALL her. Technically I think she can wear many wigs and fit in where she can get in unlike Nicki. Watching her alongside Anderson I think she can actually do well with her own talk show. I can't wait to see her on her BFF Tameka "Tiny" Harris' late night talk show coming soon to VH1 but something tells me the calm Tamar we see on Anderson Live will be replaced with the finger pointing, face squinting, chair gyrating cliche talking Tamar we've grown accustomed to.

Anywho, check out Tamar giving Nicki wig advice all while calling her wig an "atrocity"....


I'll sit back and wait for Tamar to retract what she said via Twitter in the coming days.
