VIDEO: Beyonce Flips Her Hair On Target

Beyonce made a surprise visit to a Walmart store in Massachusetts last Friday (Dec. 20) where she gave shoppers a shock of their life by not only her appearance but also gifting them with $50 gift cards (750 in total cards = $37,500). While in the store Bey did a little shopping, for Blue Ivy I'm assuming from the pic, and greeted fans with her signature southern charm.

Bey's appearance at Walmart comes days after Target refused to sell her new album because it was released on iTunes first. Check out the statement Target released...

“At Target we focus on offering our guests a wide assortment of physical CDs, and when a new album is available digitally before it is available physically, it impacts demand and sales projections,” said Target spokeswoman Erica Julkowski. “While there are many aspects that contribute to our approach and we have appreciated partnering with Beyoncé in the past, we are primarily focused on offering CDs that will be available in a physical format at the same time as all other formats.”

I understand where Target is coming from but this is Beyonce here. Forget the album, think about future albums, deals, promotions and more that they have now demolished by this simple act of declining to sell an album. Hell she already sold a million copies in her first week...get over it Target.

I must say that I am impressed by Beyonce's ladylike shade on the major retailer.
